To poster #8. I agree, there are many qualities that a commander in chief must have to be qualified for the job. Sadly, Obama lacks just about any qualities for any of the many roles he would have as POTUS. Just isn't up for the task. If anything's been blown out of proportion it's been the media's elevation of Obama to great heights based on precious little but some speeches full of platitudes

I have said that I would not vote for Obama. I continue to hold that thought, but over the weekend thought I may change my mind if Hillary were on the ticket. But I will never vote for Obama - and never for a recent military General as VP. Fingers too close to the buttons for me.

I agree with so much in this post. First, so sad to see Clark drinking the cool aid. I had a great deal of respect for him prior to this regretable comment. Second, I agree that Obama loves to appear to take the high road and appear to be above the fray despite being very much in the fray (all you have to do is look at the folks he has a history of affiliating himself with - hardly the high road!
